6 Digit Preset Counter
Features:
· Six digit UP counting.
· Preset up to six digits.
· Scale up to four digits.
· Relay pulses / goes ON upon reaching preset count.
· Power fail present count retention and all preset parameter retention.
· Three key operation for set, reset/digit select and scroll.
· LED output to indicate RELAY ON.
· Two chip set - one for display drive and one for counting.
· Small footprint design - 48mmX96mm - fits in standard enclosure.
· On board transformer and relay design.
Note –Design option is either thumbwheel input or push switch input. Currently, only pushbutton input is available.
Setup:
To set preset count value:
Press SET key to enter six digit preset count. Press SCROLL to select the appropriate number. Press RESET/DIGIT SELECT to select the next digit. Press SET to exit the preset value setting menu and enter the scaling menu.
To set the scale value:
Press SET key twice or after entering the preset value press SCROLL to select the appropriate scaling number. Press RESET/DIGIT SELECT to select the next digit. Press SET to exit the scale value setting menu.
Operation:
The unit will count UP upon receiving input pulses. When the number of pulses matches the scale value, the display will update one digit to indicate one count. In case the scale value is set at 0000, the scaling is ignored. The unit will continue counting until the displayed value is equal to the preset value. When the display equals the preset value, the relay goes on for about 500mS.
Other output specifications for the relay may be indicated for customsation if required.
